I entered the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

What do I do if I've received a faulty/damaged item?
Faults are rare but they can happen sometimes, we understand how frustrating this can be so we do apologise. In the unfortunate case your order arrives damaged in the mail, please report the order on the contact us page within 14 days of receiving the items
Be sure to include:
- Order number along with your name
- A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
- Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
